With 15 years of ICU experience, and over 20 years in the health care system. Vivian has a strong background with the overall demands of the Canadian health care system. With her passionate approach and knowledge she is able to provide insight from different perspectives. Vivian also is a serial entrepreneur that has opened countless businesses in different sectors, which gives her the leadership skills to continue to guide HOB into a successful direction. Vivian is a phenomenal leader, and pours her efforts into every part of the business and into her team.
